Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and another notification once your order has been dispatched.

During busy periods, product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

HIILA currently ships to customers in the UK

UK Shipping

Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 business days

Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly at checkout.

HIILA cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
