Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packagingProof of purchase must be provided (order number or receipt)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.
If the item arrived damaged or defective, HIILA Ltd will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Personal care items
Custom or made-to-order products
